PAO at Oslo Kulturnatt

PAO presents a showcase of performances in downtown Oslo for Kulturnatt (Culture Night) on Friday September 11th from 18:00 - ca. 22:00.
Featuring a diverse collection of Oslo based artists as well as two visiting performance artists from Spain, the performances are site specific works in the public space. By positioning the performances outside the usual white cube gallery format, the performances will reach a wider audience. In addition, all of the works will be uniquely shaped and influenced by the culture, identity and cityscape of Oslo as the meaning of performance art is highly responsive to space, context and audience.
